ABOUT CHANELLE

Chanelle was born and raised in South West England. Growing up with humble beginnings, she developed an early ability to view the world through multiple lenses. Painting became a way of transforming surrounding chaos into colour, pattern, and
imagined worlds.

Solo travel across Costa Rica, South East Asia, and Europe profoundly shaped Chanelle’s visual language. Immersed in diverse cultures, she became deeply attuned to the emotive power of colour within street art, local fashion, and the seemingly overlooked details of everyday life in the radiant places she visited. Influenced by the vivid red lanterns of Vietnam, the khaki earth tones of Central America, and the sun-burnt ambers of Italian orange groves, Chanelle developed a vibrant, distinctive colour palette used to uplift moods and add character. Combined with unique patterns and quirky edges, her work aims to feel both sharp and playful
